Anastasia Borodina is a contemporary artist whose paintings unite the timeless discipline of classical realism with a modern emotional sensibility. Born in the North Caucasus, she grew up surrounded by the region's rich cultural diversity — an influence that continues to shape her artistic vision. Anastasia graduated with honours from the prestigious Ilya Repin Academy of Arts in Saint Petersburg, where she studied under the acclaimed master Yuri Kalyuta, one of the leading figures of the Russian academic school.

Her artworks have been exhibited internationally, including at several Royal Societies in London, the Portrait Society of America (USA), and the Almenara Collection (Spain). Her paintings now reside in private collections throughout Europe, the United States, and New Zealand, reflecting her growing recognition among collectors worldwide.

Now based in Manchester, United Kingdom, Anastasia continues to evolve her distinctive visual language. In recognition of her artistic contribution, she was elected Member of the Manchester Academy of Fine Arts (MAFA) in 2024.
